New Contract Awards

Bank Lane, Kirkby

07.15
This 6Ha development site for Bellway Homes NW, lies on a piece of land, until recently used as a driving range. Prior to this historic landfilling across the site upto depths of 5m of general construction and demolition wastes have left a number of constraints to the proposed development to be constructed on a vibro-pile foundation solution. The presence of deposits of cement bound asbestos within the made ground provides for a further constraint to be dealt with by the site team.
